Since its establishment in 1923, Craig Mostyn has grown to become Western Australia’s largest integrated provider of pork, lamb, and beef. Our origins lie in trading tallows, which formed the foundation of our business thanks to our founders Robert Mostyn and George Craig. Since then, our company has evolved significantly.

Today, Talloman, our protein rendering unit, thrives as a vital division within the Craig Mostyn Group. We have also established an innovative protein trading division that complements our core operations. Craig Mostyn purchased Linley Valley Pork in 1990 and has continued to expand the brand into a national and international market.

In 2022, we joined forces with V&V Walsh, another reputable family-owned business in Western Australia that specialises in beef and lamb products. This merger combined the strengths of both companies, resulting in an expanded enterprise with multiple facilities.

Our seafood operations on the east coast encompass three abalone farms. Jade Tiger Abalone is a strong contributor to the company’s ongoing success.
